Roy Haig joined EcoVue as their Senior Engineering Technologist in June, 2015. He is a graduate of the Peterborough Campus of Sir Sanford Fleming College (1971) and comes to the firm after retiring from the Engineering Department of an upper tier municipality. Prior to his term with the municipality, he worked with a local consulting engineering firm for 30 years.
As a registered member of the Ontario Association of Certified Technicians and Technologists (OACETT) Roy provides a wide range of civil engineering experience for planning projects with engineering components. He will focus on projects that include sewage system design, site grading plans, aggregate resource licensing, commercial entrance design and municipal/private road design.
Roy’s addition to the EcoVue team gives the planning staff a technical resource that allows them to respond quickly to the engineering facets of their projects.
