Nolan Drumm joined EcoVue as a Planner in 2017, focusing on rural planning and development. He offers his skills in quantitative analysis and real estate development to complement his background in planning. Since joining EcoVue, he has worked on a variety of projects for clients in the private sector, submitting various Planning Act applications on behalf of clients and acting as a project manager.

Prior to joining EcoVue, Nolan was a Senior Analyst with Altus Group Economic Consulting where he primarily conducted reviews of development charge background studies and by-laws, economic impact studies and feasibility analyses for private and public sector clients.

Nolan earned his Bachelor of Arts from Acadia University with a concentration in Economics and received his Post-Baccalaureate in Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University. While at Ryerson University, his group won the IBI Award for excellence in professional practice for a study on utilizing the co-housing model as an alternative for seniors housing. He presented the findings from this study at the national conference for the Canadian Institute of Planners in 2014.

Nolan is an Associate Member of the Urban Land Institute and a Candidate Member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and the Canadian Institute of Planners.
