Laura Stinson graduated from Trent University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Environment & Resource Studies, and Geography (B.A.). In 2020, she graduated Fleming College with a post-graduate certificate in Environmental Planning. Upon graduation, Laura worked at Hamilton Conservation Authority (HCA) as a Planning Technician and later as Conservation Planner. At HCA she worked with municipal staff, private landowners, and other stakeholders on projects such as Planning Act application review, Niagara Escarpment Commission permit application review, and facilitation of applications under Ontario Regulation 161/06.

Sine joining EcoVue in late 2022, she has worked on a variety of projects for clients in the private sector including coordinating Planning Act applications on behalf of clients and analyzing the feasibility of development. In addition, she has worked with EcoVue’s municipal clients with application reviews and assisting in the creation of materials to help guide them through the planning process.
