Heather Sadler is a Senior Planner and the Principal of EcoVue. Heather founded EcoVue with Peggy Murphy in 2006 in Lakefield, Ontario. She has over 35 years of experience in land use planning and development and her demonstrated skills in policy development, land use analysis, effective community consultation and project management are recognised by public and private clients alike. She has a Masters in Planning from the University of Waterloo and is a Registered Professional Planner and a full member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI).

Although she has reduced her involvement with day-to-day operations, Ms. Sadler is still working on behalf of landowners, stakeholders and developers for more than a dozen large scale proposals, condominium and subdivision developments, tourist commercial properties, and commercial site plans in municipalities throughout Central and Eastern Ontario. She also provides mentoring to the planners on her team and oversees their work on less complex projects as they continue to gain experience under her careful supervision.
