Frances Wilbur joined EcoVue in October 2019 as a Planner. Frances has a Honours Bachelor of Arts in Indigenous Studies from Trent University and Masters of Environmental Studies (Planning) from York University. Frances is a Registered Professional Planner and a full member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI).

Prior to joining EcoVue Frances developed a board range of skills in environmental planning, economic development, and consultation in both the private and non-profit sector. Frances has extensive experience consulting and collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds, interpreting legislation, and translating technical information to multiple stakeholders. Frances also has strong project management skills developed through managing a non-profit organization and managing large-scale environmental assessment projects. Frances has taught at both Trent University (Business Studies and Indigenous Studies) and Fleming College (Applied Planning).
